Caramel Popcorn {healthy}

Today its all about caramel popcorn {the healthy way!}

I just made this and I’m telling you, this recipe is a keeper! You will need this in your life over the holidays! Thanks to Charlene Waldner for gifting us with this delicious recipe.

I love how easy this recipe is! It literally takes minutes to make. Throw it in the oven and walk away…. return when timer rings, flip contents over, set timer and walk away again. (Go clean toilets or do something that is equally ambitious.)

By the time your floor is scrubbed, this popcorn will be ready and waiting.

Fill bowl to overflowing and enjoy your weekend!
