Garlic-Butter Grilled Shrimp


It’s what was for dinner tonight….. I have to say, this shrimp was some of the best I’ve ever had.

It felt like I should be dining in a high class restaurant overlooking a beautiful city as the sun sets with the love of my life. But instead, I was sitting with my love in our homely dining room holding a grumpy, mosquito bitten toddler overlooking a sea of building blocks…. but the taste was all the same.

  1. The inspiration for this recipe came from a great friend of mine, Liz. I was drooling over pictures that she posted on FB a few weeks back of Strawberry Danishes that looked out of this world amazing and knew that I had to try them ASAP. The sooner the better. So I did.
