Today I was thinking of my Grandma and her delicious Caramel Pudding and decided to give it a try again. I’ve almost given up hope that I’ll ever get it like hers. She was the pro of smooth caramel pudding! It brings back all sorts of nostalgic feelings and memories of family gatherings in her basement. Sunrise Chia Pudding

If you haven’t discovered Chia Seeds, I would highly recommend you give them a try! This is my new favorite way of eating them…creamy, healthy, and delicious. I love serving this on the side for breakfast with any kind of fresh fruit. It also makes a great snack. Trust me. I know!

Chia seeds are a great source of fiber, omega-3 fatty acids, and other minerals. Or at least thats what I’ve read. Do your own research if your curious on the health benefits! =)  Continue reading “Sunrise Chia Pudding”
